Bob has served as an assistant coach and currently as a consultant to the coaching staff.   He is a graduate of UW-River Falls with a degree in Business Administration. He has a wealth of hockey experience. Bob played on the 1989 defending National Champion UW-River Falls hockey team, coached and played professionally in Australia, was a HS coach in Minnesota for 11 years, coached in the MJHL, and has owned and operated the Peak Performance Hockey Camps.  Bob is currently the head coach for the Rochester JM girl’s hockey team.  He was named Coach of the Year in 2013-14 and has guided his team to two undefeated conference championships. Bob has a Masters Coaching Certification with USA Hockey as a Level 5 coach.  Bob is married to Lisa and has three children (Sarah, Katie, Nick). They live in Rochester, MN where he also serves as the manager at the Graham Arena Complex.

Joe Burrage

Joe is a California native who is now calls Minnesota home.  Joe played his youth hockey for the Fresno Hawks and played two seasons with the MN Ice Hawks of the MNJHL.  Joe has always had an extreme passion and knowledge for the game of hockey and currently has a Level 4 Advanced Coaching Certification and currently is coaching PeeWee Hockey in Owatonna, Minnesota and he also coaches summer AAA Hockey with the Ice Clams.  Joe and his wife currently live in Owatonna, Minnesota.

Derek Urban

Derek joins the Ice Hawks as a scout for the Northwest/Alaska region.  Derek has been coaching youth hockey for over twenty years, obtaining his level 4 coaching certification with USA Hockey.  He is currently the head coach for the Soldotna High School hockey program.  Derek lives in Soldotna, Alaska, with his wife Brandi, and three sons, former Ice Hawk Jarrett, Jace and Braxton.

Trevor DiCarlo

Trevor is currently a scout in the Midwest district for the Ice Hawks. Currently living in Bartlett Illinois, Trevor played his high school hockey for the Bartlett Hawks hockey program. He also had a brief stint with Robert Morris University’s (IL) club team (ACHA DII). As a level 4 USA hockey coach, he currently coaches travel hockey for the Hoffman Estates Wolf Pack as well as working as a private skills instructor.  Away from the hockey world he works as a Strategic Accounts Specialist.
