Junior Hockey: Ice Hawks fall in Wisconsin

OREGON, Wis. — The Rochester Ice Hawks dropped their fourth consecutive game, suffering a 5-3 loss to the Wisconsin Whalers on Thursday night.

The Ice Hawks fell to 10-27-1 during their first season of the North American Tier 3 Hockey League. They sit in fourth place in the Central Division standings, and the top four teams in each division qualify for the playoffs.

Rochester rallied from a 2-0 deficit to tie the game at 2-all in the second period. But the Whalers scored the next three goals to pull away.
