The Ice Hawks recorded a shutout against the Bulls 8-0 in home game

Drew Scites posted a shutout, stopping all 14 of the Rochester Ice Hawks shots throughout the game. The North Iowa Bulls took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Marshall Barnes and never looked back.

Braxton Collins had a busy night with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and David (mitch) Dolter did his part, adding 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).

In the first period, Barnes opened the scoring for the Bulls with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 6:51 with helpers from his linemates, Reilly and Dolter. Clemons deposited a goal at 15:57 with helpers from teammates Collins and Bernhardson. Bump put in a goal at 19:41 with assists from his linemates, Collins and Clemons.

During the second, Larson netted a goal at 4:02 with an assist from fellow Bulls forward Barnes. Dolter scored a goal at 7:12 with helpers from Studioso and Miner. Reilly deposited a goal at 11:55 with assists from his linemates, Dolter and Studioso.

In the third, Collins put in a goal at 8:53 with helpers from his linemates, Bump and Clemons. Sekesi scored a goal at 16:52 with assists from Mallonee and Honkanen.
