The Ice Hawks struggled against the Whalers 7-3 in home game

The Rochester Ice Hawks struggled against the Wisconsin Whalers allowing Nick Rogers to score a hat trick as Rochester crushed Wisconsin 7-3 in a home game at Oregon Ice Arena in Rochester. Besides, Rochester's defense had a poor night, allowing the Whalers 38 shots throughout the game. The Wisconsin Whalers took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Nick Rogers.

Colby Decarlo did his part, adding 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and Noah Roach contributed with 2 assists. Carter Grobstick chipped in with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) and Anthony Fortin delivered for his team with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists).
