The Ice Hawks ‘Boys of Winter’ are back in town.
Fans are welcome to watch them take the ice
(see sessions below) at Graham Arena. This weekend is the first weekend of the summer. Come cool off and get an early view of returning vets and new players. Several alums will be in attendance as well.
Ice Hawks alum, Nik Marconcini, will be flying in from his home in California to participate with local alums. Nik completed his Jr. career in 2015 with the Ice Hawks.
This camp will include several of our newly tendered players (see below).. The whole squad will report August 30th as the Ice Hawks kick off their training camp.

Josh Hoffman, Forward, 2001, McMutton, PA– Josh played last season with the Esmark Stars, AAA.
Jake Beal, Forward, 1999, Waterloo, IA– Jake played last season at the HS level with the Waterloo Warriors
Noah Roach, Forward, 1998, Janesville, IA– Noah played last season for the Vermont Lumberjacks.
Jack Bostedt, Goalie, 1999, Janesville, WI– Jack played last season fort the VErmont Lumberjacks.
Kyle Plantz, Goalie, 1998, Windsor, CO– Kyle previously played for the Ice Hawks in 15-16 and comes to us from the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs.
ICE HAWKS STAFF OPENINGS
Housing Coordinator- Recruits and screens families for the Ice Hawks Host Family Program. Works with Head Coach and GM for player placement and support services
VIdeo/Webcast Coordinator- Directs webcasts of home games for HockeyTV. Prepares game tapes for coaches and works with ‘on air’ personnel.
Official Scorekeeper- Scores games live on computer interface for the NA3HL. Training is provided by the league office.

Host Family Opportunities
The Ice Hawks are seeking families to join the Host Family Program. We welcome inquiries from families who wish to learn about the program and about becoming part of the Rochester Ice Hawks organization. Host families receive monthly compensation, season tickets and the opportunity to help an elite amateur athlete.
Host Families provide:
• A stable home away from home
• Bedroom or private area of the house
• Guidance and friendship that nurtures player development
• Nutritious food prepared by host or player for himself
Host Families receive:
• Monthly compensation paid directly by the Ice Hawks
• Season tickets for each family member in the household
• A role model or “big brother” for children
• A lasting relationship for you and your family
THE Ice Hawks schedule activities for players and housing families throughout the season. Housing parents attend 3-4 meetings per season, and interact with the administration and hockey operations staff. Host families have the opportunity to actively participate in the nationally recognized development program affiliated with USA Hockey.
